- Registered Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.

- Chest Only Male : 80-85 CMS
- Candidates who have passed their 12th from a recognized Board/University.
- 2-Year Diploma in Radiography.
- Height : Male 170 CMS, Female: 157 CMS

- Candidates who have passed their 12th (Science) from a recognized Board/University.
- 2-Year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).
