Educational Qualification
Post Name Educational Qualification Management Trainee (Commercial & Operations)
- Graduation degree with at least 55% marks, along with a 2-year MBA or equivalent PG Degree / Diploma specializing in Marketing, International Business, Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management with at least 60% marks.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 55% marks and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 55% marks and qualified Company Secretary (CS).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics) with at least 60% marks.
- B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science / Computer Engineering), MCA, M.Sc (IT), M.Sc (Computer Science), or DOEACC 'B' Level with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks.
- Graduation with 55% marks and a 2-year MBA / MSW or equivalent PG Degree / Diploma with specialization in HRM, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations with at least 60% marks.
- Graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks and 04 years of experience, OR 02 years of experience for candidates holding an Institute of Rail Transport Diploma in multi-modal transport or any other specialized course (minimum 1 year) in shipping, logistics, or trade alongside the stated qualification.
- B.Com degree with at least 50% marks and 04 years of experience, OR 02 years of experience for candidates who have qualified CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) along with the requisite qualification.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering with at least 50% marks; with 3 years of experience for Diploma holders OR 1 year of experience for Bachelor’s Degree holders (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Electronics) with at least 50% aggregate marks from an AICTE/UGC recognized institute.
- Graduation with PGDCA, BCA, B.Sc (Hons) in Computer Science, or DOEACC ‘A’ Level with at least 50% marks and 3 years of experience (in IT support / software applications in a reputed firm); OR 1 year of experience for candidates having MCA, B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science / Computer Engineering), M.Sc (IT), M.Sc (Computer Science), or DOEACC 'B' Level with minimum 50% marks.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 50% marks, plus 1 year of experience for Bachelor’s Degree holders OR 3 years of experience for Diploma holders.
